Mystery Guest Visits

The LSV Mystery Guest Visit program is an ideal approach to support the standards of supervision in place at an aquatic facility.

Using our experienced assessor the process is an ideal analysis of operational practices and staff / lifeguard behaviour by providing the operator with an accurate insight of the standards from the perspective of a customer.

Mystery guest visits are a timely and non-intrusive approach to support water safety and an ideal way to target higher risk periods.
